James has now been my personal trainer for around 18 months and so much has changed. Within a few weeks of seeing James I could feel and see progress. The workouts were meaningful, challenging but always achievable. James worked out a diet, specific to me, mapping out the ratio of carbs, fat and protein I required. Even in between sessions I get reminders and encouragement and if I ever have a question I know James will always provide me with the correct information.
