  • Why do I have to apply to train with you?
    Jamie receives many enquiries for Personal Training and has limited capacity. Therefore, he only selects people that he believes are genuinely serious about achieving their goal.
  • How many sessions do I need to do a week with you to reach my goal?
    The answer to this question is dependent on many variables such as your activity levels, your goal, your current capabilities etc. Please contact Jamie for a complimentary telephone consultation and he will be able to give you a more definitive answer after he has learned a bit more about you.
  • I've been trying to lose weight forever! How is it going to be any different this time?
    Jamie is an extremely experienced coach who has helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. He will help you identify your current bad habits and will sit down with you to map out a plan to gradually eradicate those habits and replace them with good ones. You will have every asset at your disposal, including a coach at the top of his field.
  • I have an injury/am pregnant/have a medical condition/other, can I still do Personal Training?"
    Jamie has a lot of experience in dealing with clients with special circumstances. Most of the time, exercise is exactly what people need in order to rehabilitate their injuries. If you do have any special circumstances whatever they may be, that you feel may prevent you from doing personal training, please contact Jamie directly to discuss them. Everything you discuss is strictly confidential and with Jamie's experience he will more than likely be able to cater to your needs.
