It’s common to start the year strong and then lose steam a few weeks in. If your motivation is fading, don’t worry—there is a way you can stay on track with your New Year goals. Here’s how:

1. Reset Your Expectations

If your goals feel overwhelming, break them into smaller, achievable steps. Focus on consistency over perfection.

2. Revisit Your Why

Why did you set this goal in the first place? Write it down or remind yourself daily to stay connected to your purpose.

3. Plan and Prioritise

Schedule your workouts or activities like any other appointment. Consistency comes from making time, not waiting for it.

4. Celebrate Small Wins

Every step forward is progress. Reward yourself for hitting milestones to keep the momentum going.

5. Seek Accountability

Join a group, find a workout buddy, or hire a coach. Having someone to share your progress with makes sticking to goals much easier.

It’s not about being perfect; it’s about showing up. If you’ve veered off course, take this as your sign to reset and refocus. Remember, progress is progress—no matter how small.
